SHYU FUU's car sunshade production goes through a stringent development and production process. By validating a customer’s specifications, designing, prototyping, and production, we keep the customer in the loop. This process ensures our final products meet the customer’s requirements for specifications and quality.
Activity 1. Product and Quality Program Planning
SKY Car Sunshades reviews past development, product knowledge, and customer requirements and makes a preliminary plan for developing the new product and quality control.
Activity 2. Product Design and Development
Based on the preliminary plan and product specifications, products are designed. At this stage, Design FMEA (Failure Mode And Effects analysis), DFM (Design for Manufacturing) Analysis, and DVP&T (Design Verification through Prototypes and Testing) are done to ensure that product design fulfills the customer’s expectations and requirements.
Activity 3. Process Design and Development
We decide on manufacturing techniques and measurement methods for production. In this activity, we use production flowcharts, PFMEA (Process failure mode and effects analysis), and control plan methodology to confirm the coming production process.
Activity 4. Product and Process Validation
A pilot production run is initiated to validate the process quality and the production capability. At the end of this activity, PPAP (Product part approval process) is prepared for getting the customer’s approval.
Activity 5. & Activity 6. Production, Feedback, and Correction Actions
After the product and production designs are approved by the customer, we launch the mass production. Along the process from Activity 1 to Activity 5, we continuously seek feedback from the customer and improve product design and the manufacturing process.
